It appears that it was never used because part of the cutout has not been detached, but it has some damage from years of storage. It would be ideal to have it framed. Overall good condition with great color and graphics. There is wear around the edges and soft corners and some dark spots of soiling on the front and mostly on the back. The bottom left corner is bent and there are some other creases, one on the pen tip. The fold lines for the two sides has old tape which may be original, or may have been added long ago. The folding seams are apart where the tape is lifting, but could be easily repaired with new tape on the back, without showing any repair on the front. See photos for condition.
