It is hard plastic and hand painted from what I gather in my research. Yes it is 7 FEET TALL! I can deliver within a 3 hour radius for fuel costs. I can assist in the process but from the time it leaves my possession and transfers into the transporters hands it then becomes their responsibility to get it to you unharmed. The display is in great condition it has some minor wear and scuffs all age related and one tiny crack measuring an inch, I have posted in the pics which is very small and not in danger of becoming bigger I put some glue on that and it won’t get any larger. The yellowing is just the age of the plastic and that is as it should be. Enjoy this amazing piece! I know I have!
