I believe it is made of fiberglass. Can be bolted to the floor. Measures: about 68 tall! 25″ wide, and 21″ deep. Condition is o verall good. There are age related imperfections as a break to his glasses frames, some scuffs (some in red), paint losses and cracks & other surface imperfections.
