DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: The base is wood, The material is felt and i believe wool, some of the felt is coming off his pants material but no holes, The boots and his face feel like hard plastic, His beard is white woven fabric, His waist moves from side to side and is very smooth and works well, This was a store display. Please see pictures and judge for yourself on the condition.
