This is a vintage 1977 Star Wars By Clarks Original Shoe Box WITH Rare Store Display. You will receive the original box and an authentic & rare Clarks shoe store display. Shoe box is from 1977 original movie release, Made in Korea. Display is made of press wood (particle board) and metal with a plastic front Clark’s decal. The story of the Clarks Star Wars shoes is a pretty cool one. No one wanted to do it except Clarks, who took a chance on the film which at the time no one believed would be a success. As a result, Clarks secured the licensing rights and it was a huge success for the small company and they maintain rights to this day. They had to use concept art to make the box so some of the characters on the side, such as Luke and Leia, don’t look much like Hamill or Fisher. Condition Details: This is the shoe box and display only. The box itself has some dents and dings, general wear and some minor stains on the inside. It has great colors and graphics. The stand is in very good condition with minor wear only. See pictures for details.
