Grabow Deluxe Pipe Store Display with Pipes, NOS. Vintage/Antique store display of corncob pipes, 11 corncob but one looks to be wood. Board is a heavy cardboard and measures 10 1/4″ x 22″ with brackets for holding the pipes. Various corncob pipes, some have either Bakelite or Lucite stems. All pipes look to be unused. Board is in good condition with some light wear, see last photos. Please consider the pictures to be part of the description. I only lightly clean items so as not to remove paint or patina. She was a much larger size doll than the popular Barbie doll of the same period. I can recall as a kid going into our local Grocery Store and seeing the Jimmy Jet display. How I desperately wanted that toy. Well I got it, but not until I was about 40 years old and that was 25 years ago. I still have it too. Well back to Candy Fashion. This Display is in great shape. It came from a man who was a Deluxe Reading Sales Rep. The only issue with this item is the blue dress has some thread pulls in a few places on the front and I can’t say if it was done decades ago or if it could possibly have been done by an insect. This is also true on the dress that Candy is wearing. I tried to get pictures of it but its kind of hard to do so through the plastic. I think if you can get hold of some replacements you should be able to get in to the display and change them and it should not be an expensive fix to find those articles of clothing loose. Cosmetically on the outside of the display it looks really nice and makes for a fantastic display piece. Check out my Deluxe Dream Kitchen Display too! Depending on what it sells for I may be willing to meet you within a 1 hour radius from Barre Vermont which would be close to the Canadian border going North and South to West Lebanon NH. Measures about 13 tall. Includes 7 fully dressed 8 dolls posed in their own individual compartments with different background scenes. Original Penny Brite in casual dress. Anchors Aweigh sailor outfit. Singing in the Rain. De Luxe Reading Corp. When placed on a level surface and plugged in, the carousel rotates around. Top cardboard carousel cover is missing. The plastic windows show some bending and a couple of the windows are buckling out or separating. Various dings and age / use wear on carousel and may benefit from some cleaning. COMPLETE WITH STORE DISPLAY MOBILE! CANNON LOADS AND WORKS GREAT AND FIRES MANUALLY. THE REMOTE CONTROL FIRING I TRIED USING AND COULD NOT GET IT TO FIRE THE HOSE WIRE PUSHES IN AND OUT WITH LEVERS BUT STILL DID NOT WORK FOR ME. I DID NOT WANT TO MESS WITH IT FURTHER IN FEAR OF BREAKING SOMETHING. EVERYTHING IS IN SUPRISINGLY GREAT SHAPE FOR ITS AGE WITH SOME PLAY WEAR.
