RARE! Vintage Elgin Watch Store Display Rotates 1950's

The elegant model in her formal attire rotates left and right at the center of the display when plugged in. Two stands on either side of the display originally held Elgin watch cases. In excellent condition considering its age.

In very good condition with a few scuffs, scratches and dust from age and storage. Normal wear from use. The white fluff, paper flag and plastic greenery do not look to be original but I left it with it. This takes a’D’ size battery but I could not get it to work. When working, Santa’s head rocks side to side. It measures 18″ tall by 14″ wide by 6 1/2 deep when set up. The tag on the back reads “Designed and Produced by Harve Ferrill and Company Chicago East Office Rockford ILLinois”. The base is wood, the Santa and backboard are a heavy cardboard and the arms that make shelves are wood. Wonderful Elgin Watch Display in excellent condition. The model turns with arm extended towards the Elgin watch that is on display. She moves back and forth presenting the watch to eager onlookers. This display most likely sat in a store window. From the 40s or 50s. Plugs in a standard electrical outlet. Approximately 17 1/2 inches inches tall and 15 inches wide. The base of the display has a built in swivel. The color of the display is predominately Tiffany Blue. No scratches and no missing paint.
