The racks do fold in, But from what i see, They are not removable. All 4 disneyland Decals/Stickers are intact, Some having edges that are lifting up and have some loss. Truly a stunning piece that belongs in the Disney Museum, They don’t pop up often folks. Pictures will do the talking.
