This listing is for a Vintage Matchbox Car Counter Top display. This big rotating stand measures 24tall by about 11 across. It is made from molded plastic with a clear outer sleeve, it dates from the 1960s and was store used for decades. It shows expected wear from retail use and age, including a break with loss, assorted cracks and tape repairs as well as a marker price change, as seen in the close ups. This cool survivor has slots for up to 80 cars. Please see the photos. VINTAGE 1960's LESNEY MATCHBOX STORE DEALER DISPLAY CASE HOLDS 81 CARS RARE

Case Holds 81 1/64th Scale Cars with Inside Storage. Includes All Original Parts Including Front Plastic Window, Plastic Inside Display Shelves, Inside Shelves, (2) Back Sliding Doors and (3) Top Screws. Condition : Case is in Very Nice Shape for its age with just a little wear. Front Plastic window has no cracks but has a few scratches and scuffing in spots. Inside Shelves have no cracks that I can see but has discolored a drop in spots. Sides and back are in good shape with a few marks and scuffing in spots. Overall I would say it is a very nice case for its age and should display well. Please see Supersize Pictures for more information on the Condition and Whats Included. 1982 VINTAGE LESNEY ROTATING STORE DISPLAY MATCHBOX DISPLAY CASE. The case has print on top with 1982 Lesney Products Corporation, Moonachie, NJ 07074. Please note there are some cracks in the red top as shown in photos. Also please see the inside photos as the plastic does show some aging as it is 38 years old. Lesney Matchbox Collection w/ Rare 1958 Wood Store Display/Vintage Series #1-75. Please review all photos for verification of description provided. Most of the collection can be considered near mint with or without boxes, and the collection consists of the entire 1-75 series – A-C 1-75 line. Added to the collection is the very rare #32 A4 pink/cream XK140 model. 1st Two photos are the very rare Matchbox Series 1-75 Wood and glass store display from 1958. The case contains the complete 1-75 A or first issue of Lesney Matchbox from the 1953 Road Roller #1 to the 1960 Ford Thunderbird #75. Most of this A series are near mint without boxes. Boxes for this group are seen in photo #7 & left row of #8. Some of the rarer color variants in this case are # 11 Yellow Tanker, #37 Coca Cola Lorry with uneven cast load, # 46 Blue Morris Minor, and #74 White Canteen. 3rd and 4th photos are more A – C/D Matchbox. The call-outs in these two cases of 135 models are the Lipton Tea Trolly, the Lesney Conestoga Wagon with two riders, the Harley, Triumph, Vespa Motorcycles, and Players Please Decal on London bus all on the top row. Also in this case is a Rare Turquoise Mercedes Coach #69 with box in row 7. Look at other case row one and you will see many more A series models from the 50s with metal or gray wheels. In this case there are many prime condition examples and variants to include Blue Bedford #17 removals van on third row, two B series coke Lorries on row 4, three nice campers on row 6, rare Red #56 1500 Fiat on row 7, and nice Blue Pickford Van on bottom row. Again, majority of these model are NM without boxes. Photos 6-7 are three displays containing 18 vehicles in near mint condition. Esso and BP Gas Stations have their original box. The rarer vehicles in these photos are the purple Pontiac Convertible # 39 and #13 Thames Wreck truck with both open jib, and closed #13 Thames truck behind it with closed jib lattice. Other photos show rest of collection. New photo 8 shows the boxes. All boxes that have a marker on them are empty and the model is located elsewhere in the collection. All other boxes contain the model MIB. This photo includes Accessory Pack #5 (Home Store), Accessory Pack #4 (Road signs), and Accessory Pack #1 (Esso signs/pump) in their original boxes. There is also K-15 in original box. Middle of photo has the A-2 Blue Transporter in NM condition/no box. Photo #9- To the right of the Boxes for the Esso and BP Service station are 26 mint in box vehicles shown together. Same photo shows the Matchbox Collector catalogs from 1959 to 1970. Some include international, US, and German versions. As stated above, Last photo shows more models to include a NM Green Morris Minor #46A (1 Blue/2 Green in collection) Red Esso Petrol Tanker #11A, and the third silver #74 Canteen. (Collection includes 1 Rare White, and three Silver Canteens). Also included are the R-1 and R-2 Roadway series, 3 NM Esso signs. I have removed the photo of the 1984 Model of Yesteryear Connoisseurs Collection limited to 50,000 sets due to the 12 photo limit, but this set is still included in the collection for sale and You will be receiving set numbered 301. This Collection includes all displays, display cases, and original packing materials pictured. I can send more photos of collection if requested. This is a rare 1960’s era Matchbox store display for Lesney Models of Yesteryear cars. The display case is in very nice condition with a couple small edge cracks near the bottom left corner. There is some light wear and one of the hanging holes on back had been repaired. The case comes with 16 Lesney die-cast model cars that are in excellent to near-mint condition. Difficult items to find in such nice shape! The cars will be mailed in a separate box.
