This is for a very rare Capitol Records dome store display. I believe it dates from somewhere in the late 1940s to early 1950s. There are very few of these left in existence. It was meant to go out front of a record store. It is a very heavy plaster casting. I have only ever seen 1 other example of these. It is a very rare and unusual iconic display piece. It has some repairs to cracks and a chip off of the “a”. It is plaster so it can be refurbished well. Please check out all the images to see the exact condition. A fab late 1940s vintage pin-up swimsuit mannequin in red, white and blue flag swimsuit, and high heeled shoes. The mannequin is just under 36 inches in height. She reminds me of Rita Hayworth. Though she has a lot of issues, head-on she looks great. See photos, they tell all the stories about her condition; she has a lot of breaks and cracks- there weren’t enough photo spots to put 3 more photos, one showing a crack across the top of the head. I can send them if needed. This is a rare item, made of plaster, authentically from the 1950s. It is not a Jayne Mansfield Model, nor a Jantzen swimsuit mini display, according to my research. It is a gorgeous vintage pin-up countertop mannequin. While we do offer 1st class international, it cannot be tracked.
