The item shown is a vintage Harris Tweed Salesman’s Sample Tweed Sport Coat. This is a rare, miniature promotional replica jacket. Traveling salesmen used these small-scale models to showcase the craftsmanship, weave pattern, and authentic leather buttons of the jacket line without carrying full-sized garments. Details: The miniature coat features authentic handwoven wool fabric, working miniature leather buttons, and full lining. Dimensions: The outer packaging typically measures around 7.5 inches tall by 6 inches wide. As verified by the vintage Grants wooden ruler in your image, the actual miniature jacket itself measures approximately 6 inches in height.
