Vintage Dinky Toys Factory Cardboard Store Display Plinth “Speedwheels” c. The system is up to its old tricks again of obstructing UK die-cast enthusiasts. Lot is for one original, fully assembled, Dinky Toys retail store display, product #100602. Produced by Meccano Ltd. Of Liverpool, England circa 1970.
