I had the opportunity this past weekend to get a few things out of an old auto/truck garage that has been closed for some time now. I was cleaning this a bit and discovered the entire top is orange with a blue base. This leads me to think it is a Gulf oil display that has been painted. The new added paint comes of very easily. Where you see orange, I sprayed some Oven Off on it, waited 5 minutes and rinsed it with a water hose. This is in very good used condition and seems to work fine. I think it originally had a cover on the front and back that could be locked. It stands 57 inches tall and is 22 x 25 inches at the base. +++++ Unless otherwise stated, this is a used item. If you want NEW/PERFECT, go to Wall Mart. What you consider important may be something I completely overlooked or don’t know about but I will be happy to look and report back to you on what I find.
