Experience a slice of history with this vintage Hansen Gloves advertising display, a charming piece that harkens back to the 30s and 40s era. Crafted in the United States, this counter top display features painted composition construction similar to but not as heavy as toy dolls of the same period. Each measures 4 1/2″ in length, 11 1/2″ in height, and 3 in width, offering a nostalgic nod to bygone advertising aesthetics. The display showcases a pair of hands, meticulously molded to promote the quality and durability of Hansen Gloves, making it an ideal collectible for enthusiasts of advertising memorabilia or vintage store displays. Its unique appeal lies in its era-specific charm and the craftsmanship of its time, making it a standout addition to any collection. The condition of this rare matched pair of display hands is excellent. The condition is original and untouched, the surface is honest – these hands have not been cleaned or touched up in any way. Close inspection reveals light soiling, minor surface cracking and slight paint loss as well as impact damage to the base of the left hand. Important item specifics such as condition, dimensions and other vital information are not shown. Any tables, tape measure, plate holders and common household items such as coffee mugs or soda cans that may be seen in some images are not included in this listing – they are used to help provide a sense of scale.
