Vintage Santa Claus Department Store Christmas Display Macys Bon Marche. Santa was acquired from the sub basement of the flagship downtown Macys store in Seattle when they closed earlier this year. This flagship store was built as the Bon Marche in 1929, and its anyones guess how long this treasure was stored down there. He stands 5 feet tall, with a working light up lamp post at over 6 feet. The lamp post is plug in, the cord appears to be repaired, probably should be re wired if you plan to use it. Santa is heavy, shy of 100 lbs. He would look amazing on a porch at the holidays or in a holiday display of any kind in your home or business.
