Description – Large vintage rubber face stuffed Santa store display, no tag, possibly Rushton not sure. Age – Circa 1950 – 1960’s. 55 inches in overall length. Condition – Some discoloration with the worst of it being covered by his beard and light age appropriate wear to the paint on his face, see all photos for complete assessment. Unusual Rushton Santa seated and beaming a “happy face”. Ideal for display on a fireplace hearth or on a box wrapped as a present. From his seated position to the top of his hat is 22. Santa is sporting a unique green suit and hat with remarkably clean white trim. Boots are tall shinny black plastic. Not only does he have a full faux beard, but eyebrows and mustache as well. As is many 1940s/50s vintage pieces, his beard is darkening out and some discoloring on the back of the coat. But overall, this Santa is in good shape for 70+ years old.
