I’m a long time Nintendo fan that began seriously collecting games as part of the first online wave of collectors in the late 90s / early 00s. I was a member of the Digitpress forum before moving to the Nintendoage forum in the late 00s. This leads to my biggest find of all time that I’m finally going public with. After chatting with this person, I found out that his company designed most of Nintendo’s store displays from the 80s to the early 00s, and that they had retained samples of most of their displays. Unfortunately, I’ve decided its time to sell the last of the items; most of the stuff you see listed are not duplicates and are the cream of the crop that I never wanted to sell. Please do not contact me about any items I don’t have listed, I don’t have time to negotiate. I believe there are between 50-100 pamphlets sealed in this brick. This is how they were sent to stores, obscenely rare, this is the only one I have and most likely the only sealed example to exist. Very rare and hard to find, especially in this condition. Nintendo advertisements are getting more difficult to find as us collectors continue to hoard them. Nows your chance to add this relic to your collection! This would have been on the counter to promote the release of a now iconic game. This is an original point of sale Nintendo retail store standee sign. Its made of a thick cardboard material and comes with the plastic stand. The sign is brand new and is still sealed in its package. There are no creases, tears, dents, or dings. The sign measures about 4w x 9h. Its a very hard to find sign and desirable in the collector community. Great addition to any collection. I remember seeing these at Toys R Us and Walmart as a kid and begging for whatever latest and greatest game that was being advertised. Relive those moments for years to come! This item was acquired directly from a former employee of the company. It has never been offered for sale before and is being offered here for the first time. Included is an original vintage store display. This would have been intended to promote the introduction of the Pokemon Gold and Silver video game. The item displays perfectly and has never been assembled. The entire display is in brand new condition. The colors are bright with no fading at all.
