Was in a candy store in Brooklyn bay ridge and in garage for 20 years from late 70s or 80s it’s old small scratches and little crack on frame check pictures.

Please review all photos thoroughly. This is a very rare piece of original advertising. Item is made from some kind of plaster I believe chalkware. There has been some repairs. This item has been broken at one point and was fixed. The person that fixed it did a pretty good job. You can see some seams. Mirror has been replaced. Measurements are in photos. This is a very unique, rare piece of antique advertising history.

This is a wonderful rare “Detmer Woolens” large advertising display box with a lithograph of men and women in various tailored suits and overcoats, with the slogan “They Wear Best- Detmer Woolens – They Tailor Best”, in the background is the United States Capitol building a wonderful patriotic backdrop. This box is made from heavy cardboard covered with faux alligator material. The bottom of the box folds out flat. Embossed printing on the front of the box. The two dividers are missing. A great Art Deco piece for any collection. This item is authentic and not a reproduction. It has not been repaired or altered. The lithograph picture is in very good condition. There is one small printing flaw on one mans face. The case has wear, scrapes, discoloration and nail holes where the dividers for the compartments use to be. Width: 27.5 inches. Imagine walking into a Buster Brown Shoe store in the 1930’s. Wide open beautiful Buster Brown with his dog Tige painted display chest showcasing toys, baseball’s and little toys for all boys and girls. This treasure chest was made by the company for display purposes only, not for resale. When the new counter displays came in later on in the years the store was notified by the company to dispose and get rid of these old displays and replace them with the new one. We haven’t found another one along our travels or anywhere on the net! We challenge you to find another one that exists! This treasure chest is Hand painted, lithograph paper material over wood. The chest is sturdy and solid with original hardware. This gorgeous Chest opens and closes as it should with original chain. This is a RARE and highly sought after piece so don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity to own this gem! Vintage RARE Levi’s Mountain Denim Promotional Store Cloth Banner Collectible. Very cool piece featuring the iconic Levi’s logo in front of a pair of bent knees in denims jeans meant to look like mountain peaks. Previous owners used them as paint tarps after they took them down from their storefront, so there is some paint splotches and general wear from being vintage. It is in excellent condition, otherwise!
