RARE VINTAGE MATCHBOX STORE DISPLAY CAROUSEL AS IS. This is authentic Matchbox. Is is not a reproduction. Missing 1 corner slat piece. Includes 4 panel, 4 plastic inserts, top and bottom rotating lazy susan pieces, and the top. The plastic panels are tinted orange. Each side has 3 columns of cars rather than 2 columns most commonly seen in these displays. Ive included close up photos of any damage. Please look at all photos. Vintage PANA VUE Viewmaster GAF Advertising Store Display Carousel VERY Rare. Measure about 2 1/2 feet tall (about waist high). I also have other GAF displays listed. I was unable to find any others on worthpoint and I’ve spoken to experts and was told it is very rare. It has 8 total panels and does have open spots that appear to never have had pannels on them. This is truly and amazing piece and even the heavy base stand that the case rotates on is cast iron with the crescent logo in the base of it (see photos). The over all condition of this display is good condition with very little wear or damage. I have photos of the main major spots of damage and age but there are a few other minor spots not in photos but minor at best. The paint is still good and bright and has slight foxing to it. It spins and rotates smoothly. This is an awesome piece and you almost never see them complete like this. This item is 62 inches tall and across the top from one side to the other measures 23 inches.
