Vintage 50 Wooden Barber’s Pole

To my knowledge, it was never used outside; it hung inside from the screw eye at the top of the piece. The pole is just over 50″ tall and is 4″ in diameter at the base. It was hand turned on a lathe and the holes where the piece was mounted to the lathe are still evident on the bottom. I believe it was turned as two separate pieces and then joined (see fourth picture). It retains almost all of its original paint.
