Complete 1957 Store Window or Interior Display with Double-Sided Stand-Up Signs This display was issued to coincide with the promotional art prints illustrated by Robert Thom, the same artist whose work was used for the display. The prints are fairly common, but the display is very rare. We are including 14 prints from the series as a free bonus with the display. The display can be configured in many different ways. The modular design of this piece is superb, and it can be made to fit different environments. The contents of this listing are as follows: -7 pieces of 3-dimensional double-sided stand-up signs 4 framed images, 2 apothecary jars, and the larger “two generations of pharmacists”. The original cardboard mailing box for the display (rough condition) -A second box with a torn instruction sheet for setting up the display and several options for presentation. 2 boxes of 14 miscellaneous art prints from the series, and a few sheets with suggestions for framing and hanging the prints in a pharmacy or at home. Overall, the condition is quite good, with some normal signs of age, mostly to the edges of the frames. There is minor yellowing to some of the surfaces. Some of the cardboard stands are a little bent and dented. Most of the “frames” have a piece of older clear tape on the corners. A few of the prints are discolored from being on top of the stack and against the cardboard. Most have white paper though. A few have edge wear and small rips from storage. There may be a few duplicate prints. The 4 square framed images are 16″ x 20″ x 2-1/2 thick, each. The apothecary bottle signs are 20″ tall x 10-1/2″ wide. The prints (suitable for framing) are 17-3/4″ x 21″ total with a wide margin. The images are smaller. This listing includes everything shown in the photos.
