It is dated 1996/1997 with official seal of quality. This is a sign referred To as a shelf talker as it was meant to rest on edge of shelves to promote games. This would have been seen on shelves in stores like ToysRus, Kiddie City, Funcoland, and KB toys. What an Awesome and hard to find item! Especially in great condition like this. Not a stock photo.
