He is simply adorable and must have if your a elf/pixie collector! The detail is amazing and his face & pixie ears are adorable!! He moves in a circular type motion as if he’s balancing all his presents. In Excellent vintage condition, has a quiet motor, very well made and from a non-smoking environment. He is very large in size and measures approx. 50 tall (up to the candy-canes on top of his head) and his gold present base measures approx. Local pick-up is preferred. Up for sale is the full set of four Star Wars Coca-Cola/Burger Chef mobile store display signs. These are the rarer red versions and would hang below a mobile (not included) showcasing which of the four posters was currently available. Please see the photos regarding condition. The employee who originally had these back in the day apparently strung all four signs together, making his or her own display. Tape was applied to some which I had decided to leave alone. If you are interested in purchasing one, two or three signs please message me. If no one buys the set of four within a reasonable amount of time, I will consider splitting them up, and will work with those that are interested. Vintage Automaton Store Display Man Playing Bugle

This automaton is being offered for sale in used, vintage, as is, not working condition. Please note it is impossible to list each and every blemish so kindly study the photos to view the scattered imperfections and various age spots. I have carefully taken the photos to expand on the description of the item as well as its overall condition. I do not know the age of the automaton. Was once a store display. The automaton stands approximately 24 inches tall on the stool. The metal bars running through his chest area measure about 7 ¼ inches in width. A very approximate depth measurement without the stool is 9 ¾ inches. On the stool, the depth would be about 12 ¾ inches. The automaton is secured to the stool by a bracket on each side. (The stool is not original). There are two holes drilled through the stool and two plastic-like. Strings attached to something inside his body. I have no idea what parts are inside his body but when you pull on one of the strings. His eyes close (they get a little stuck in the closed position and you need to wiggle the string to release them). When you pull on the second string, his arms bring the bugle to his mouth. The composition of his legs and body appears to be paper mache. The composition is hard and firm. Just a guess but it seems to be more of a clay-like composition. I dont think the hat is original. The bugle is a lightweight metal and a magnet does not stick the surface. The hat will be in a separate, smaller box. The automaton clearly shows age and wear. There are scattered stains, imperfections and other age spots consistent with a vintage item. The metal areas show extreme age and wear including rust and discoloration. This Star Twist metal spool thread display is in very good condition with all 4 sides decals intact. The top is fair with 1 bad scratch and minor flaws on it. The cabinet background is a brown wood-look pattern. The drawers slide easily in and out. The glass in the front of the drawers is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The bottom drawer handle is broken off, but, I didn’t even notice it when I bought it. Comes with many skeins of embroidery floss/thread. UP for sale is a vintage toys r us Geoffrey the Giraffe entrance sign from the late 80s- early 90s iteration of Geoffrey. Item is in good shape considering that it is over 20+ years old. Please keep in mind that item is over 20 years old and it does show signs of use and wear. Signs of wears are but not limited to paint splatter on front and back and also Adhesive that was used to display the item and also minor chips. I personally did not want to take it off because of a few reasons, first it shows character and age and secondly: did not want to use chemicals that could damage the natural petina or color of item. This item was proudly displayed at a location that was directly down the street from the first ever original toys R us location built by Charles Lazarus whom was him self a DC native. This display sign was from a store that closed down in holiday season of 2013. Item measures aproximatley 30 inches from tip of ear down to the base of the neck and approximately 22 inches from tip of one ear to the other. Weighs approximately 2 pounds.
