Up for sale is a wonderful old Antique Advertising Sign for M-Born & Co. “The Great Chicago Merchant Tailors”. This is a heavy cardboard sign. Overall it is in very nice shape for being about 115 years old. Has some normal age and usage wear. Has some edge/corner wear and age discoloration. Has it’s orig. Hang string still attached. It measures 14 3/4 in. X 19 7/8 in. Just a super cool and very rare piece of Chicago History. Please check out photos as they are also part of the item description. Up for sale is a vintage general store display case. I estimate this to be from the early 1900’s based on the construction and the glass. When you look at it from an angle the glass has that wave associated with older / hand produced glass. The oak top on this case has been refinished to match the original and coated with several coats of oil based polyurethane in a warm satin to protect it while still showcasing the beauty of the natural wood. This case measures 24 inches high, 26 3/4 inches deep and 60 1/2 inches wide. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and I would be happy to answer them.

Antique Peerless General Store 3 drawer display cabinet for sewing thread or other. The top part is the original cabinet that someone added legs to create a side table. Personally, I love the piece as a side table ;o The cabinet without the legs measures 17″ x 16″ x 8.25. The legs measures 14. The insert to the bottom drawer seems to be missing but I’ve never seen one exactly like this one so I can’t confirm that. No other issues, just normal wear to the lettering (see photos) and a few scuffs but no real damage. Please look over photos as they are part of the description.

I’m having a hard time finding any info on this so not sure on a date. Definitely vintage with signs of ware from use and age. Please ask all questions before purchasing. Please look at the photos carefully – they are part of the description. I try hard to provide an accurate description and photos of the item. Changed mind on item.
