Vtg Life Size 1940's Style Mannequin Head Bust Art Deco Store Hat Display

Please read my entire listing thoroughly and view all 12 of my PHOTOS :. This is a vintage life size mannequin bust. It was made by Design Mind, Los Angeles, CA, 1992 and appears to have been hand-made out of plaster or chalkware, I can’t say for sure. It is hand-signed on the bottom(see photo #11 and #12). The head swivels completely around on a wood dowel that is embedded in the head. The head is removable(see photo #9). Both the head and shoulders inscribed “15”(see photo #10). This item shows typical wear from use, there are some scuffs and nicks, there are no cracks. Overall the piece looks nice in my opinion. Measures about 16″ high x 14.5″ wide at the shoulders x 9 at the deepest point, total weight is 5.65 pounds on my scale. SUPER RARE EXQUISITE Vintage ART DECO Mannequin Millinery Bust Store Display

This is a rare opportunity to own this REMARKABLE original art deco mannequin! This beauty dates back to 1920`-1930`- bust on a geometric deco design! These mannequins are impossible to find! The ones you will find are the reproductions that were made from this type of mold. She has muted warm tones of bronzish- tan and brown with a black base. She has scuffs and paint chips all around with several chips to the plaster? Including on her nose. She is hand painted- im not sure what exactly she is made out of but it looks like some sort of plaster composite but i cant guarantee it- she is quite lightweight- weighs 4lbs 10 oz. 25″ tall x 11″ wide at the shoulders. Offering an Antique circa 1930’s to 1940’s chalkware mannequin head store display. 14.5 inches tall X 7.5 inches wide at the shoulders X 8 inches deep. She comes in wonderful condition with a beautiful long neck & blonde hair. There are no major issues only a few tiny flakes to the finish. She is in really great shape for the age.
