Built like they were 125 years ago, using furniture making detail and joinery. All of the old Knife manufacturers such as Winchester, Remington, Keen Kutter, Shapleigh, Cattarugus, Diamond Edge, Case and others, would provide this type display to the general store and would gain premium counter top location for sales and exposure of their brand. I love everything related to the turn of the century cutlery business. In addition to knives, I collect vintage knife advertising and display cases. I have always been amazed at the lack of display options available to todays knife collector. All my displays are crafted using traditional furniture making detail, joinery and finishing tecniques.
