Vintage Mechanical Electric Automaton Working Store Display Nodder Man On A Mule

This automaton is being offered for sale in used, vintage condition. Please note it is impossible to list each and every blemish so kindly study the photos to view the scattered imperfections and various age spots. I have carefully taken the photos to expand on the description of the item as well as its overall condition. I do not know the age of the automaton. While viewing the pictures please note the following. When plugged in, the mule and the man both nod their head. The automaton measures approximately 22 tall and is about 8 at its widest point. The wood that it sits on measures approximately 15 by 8. The paint is scuffed and chipped on the mans face and neck. His hat is tattered and quite worn, particularly on the back middle of the hat. There is some scattered hair loss on the mule, particularly above his left eye, nose, the back of his left leg, tail and back. There is a long slit in the fur along the left, underneath side of his body. The felt on his pants appears faded and soiled. His shirt is quite soiled and stained. The blue felt used for his saddle is also worn and soiled. Additionally, there is a hole in this felt on his right side. When resting on a flat surface the automaton does not sit perfectly straight/level because there are rubber stoppers /guards on the left side of the wood but not on the right side. The automaton shows age, there are scattered stains, imperfections and other age spots consistent with a vintage item. Please review the pictures carefully.
