I did not presume at the time that it was old, but now after 20 years, I can probably call it vintage! In all these years, I have actually never seen another one quite like it. It’s cute and kitsch for any romantic, cottage, vintage decors. The hat is removeable so you can take it off to display a real hat too. It measures about 17″ tall x 11″ wide at base. Has minor normal wire patina, no noted damages. Most of the items that I sell are vintage, used and loved- they are RARELY going to be perfect.
