Really neat vintage Kodak Advertising Mechanical Carousel, Store Display. 7.75 inches in diameter by 2.5 inches high. Perhaps it had a stack of film sitting on top as this spun around on an old store counter. Vivid colors, does have some minor flecks, pitting or spotting on part of the top but overall good condition for its age. Takes 2 D batteries (not included) and has a switch on the side that when it makes contact with the battery, spins the top cover at a rate of about 1 revolution every 11 or 12 seconds. Advertises Kodak Verichrome Safety Film V620. Marked Made in Germany on the bottom along with an anchor mark with the words Goldanker over it. May need some cleaning of the mechanics or oiling, but is functional as is. Including the two rolls of V620 film in with the carousel – one is sealed and marked with a Jan 1952 develop by date.
