Vintage Store Display

Very hard to find Mattel store display (missing outer cover) with mod Twist N Turn dolls still attached, No Bangs Francie doll, Black Francie doll and Hair Fair set. (missing outer frame box). This lot is for any serious Barbie c ollector who wants to add a piece of Mattel history to their collection! These store displays are getting increasingly hard to find. All reasonable offers will be considered. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL PHOTOS. Dolls attached to display are in near mint condition but will need cleaning as they are dusty. The blonde TNT has teensy dots on face that I believe may be where dust came through her veil and settled on face. I did not want to remove the dolls to try and clean them so will leave to new owner. Their hair is in original sets with original ribbons and bands still attached. I noticed a bit of light discoloration around ankles from wires but one spot I rubbed with my finger wiped off so some areas may be able to be cleaned. The “Scene Stealers” outfit that Stacey is wearing is the only one that appears faded. The blonde No Bangs Francie doll is in very nice condition with nice face paint and blush with full rooted eyelashes. Her hair is shiny and very full with signature “tuft” of hair underneath at crown of head. She still has lots of curly waves in back. Her body is near mint and legs snap loud and hold a tight bent position. She is wearing her original tagged dress and orange panties. S hoes are missing and headband was missing so orange ribbon was used for display. Her face has darkened slightly as shown and her head was turned to one side during storage so will need a bit of straightening. Her dress has some light gray spots/stains? On bottom and sides that I did not attempt to clean. Black Francie is in beautiful condition with full rooted eyelashes. Her hair is lovely but has a couple shorter pieces so may have had a slight trim? Her body is near mint with legs snapping loud and holding a tight bent position. She wears a rare medium blue variation of “Pleat Neat” with the original very hard to find soft yellow JAPAN heels. The complexion of the dark hair TNT dolls look like they may have darkened slightly but may just need a good cleaning. The dolls on display are wearing complete Barbie original outfits as follows: “Extravaganza #1844″; “Wedding Wonder #1849″; “Jump Into Lace #1823″ & “Scene Stealers #1845″. The Hair Fair set is in good display condition with a couple dents in plastic cover. The outer cardboard frame is missing. The cardboard Mattel store display shows wear and has some breaks and creases in the arches of windows that need repair. There is foxing on platform and it will need a detailed cleaning as I can see dust around the edges and inside. The platform has a dip and partition tabs have pulled loose so will need to be reinserted and secured. The very edges of top corners have holes and top left corner has a small piece torn off. The bottom has a section pulling loose that will need to be glued that you can only see if you turn over the display. It is still a beautiful display and with a bit of care will be an amazing rare addition to any vintage Barbie collection! All items are from a pet and smoke free home.
