Guessing 1950s from what I saw online. This fine little lady is about 22.5″ tall and the base is 5.5″x9. Arms are 11 wide. Only a couple small marks as you see in the pictures. The white may clean up a little more, I used soapy water on it. Not sure what the correct term is but she’s made of a plaster type material, doesnt seem like chalkware to me. It’s not very heavy.
