MEASURES APPROX: 17″ LONG X 8″ TALL X 5 DEEP. TESTED AND WORKS GREAT AS SHOWN. INSIDE HAS A NEON LIGHT WITH A GLASS FRONT AND METAL OR COPPER HOUSING. SHOWS NORMAL COSMETIC SCRATCHES, SCUFFS, MARKS, TARNISH, SOME PAINT LOSS, PATINA FROM AGE. OVERALL NICE CONDITION FOR THE AGE. HAS BRACKETS ON TOP FOR HANGING OR HAS RUBBER FEET FOR SITTING. Early 1900s Oak Shoe Store Display Stand. The height of the stand is adjustable from 26″ tall to 32-1/2″. The base measures about 6 square. He shoe holder on top is 11-1/2″ x 5-5/8″. Beautiful wood with an old patina. There are normal signs of age. There is a small gap and visible glue where the stem meets the base and on the little shoe holder block, as shown.

Wooden Case with Hollow Center for Holding Brushes & Polishes. Original wonderful aged patina to wood case with use over the years. Rare hard to find original old shoe shine advertising display. Authentic Thom McAn Shoe Store Display Stand. A rare, substantial piece of American retail history-used to showcase shoes in Thom McAn stores during the early 20th century. Brand: Thom McAn (logo embossed across both shoe rests). Era: Circa 1920s-1940s (based on style and materials). Material: Heavy solid bronze shoe rests mounted on steel brackets. Dimensions: Approximately 9? Wide × 6? Deep × 5? Tall (see ruler in photos). Condition: Excellent antique patina. A few surface marks consistent with age, but structurally intact and display. Thom McAn was a leading American shoe retailer whose display fixtures are seldom found today, especially in durable bronze and steel.
