Unfortunately the electric motor is no longer working and will need a new one for it to rotate. Judging by the cord and electric motor, I believe this was made in the 1950s for what I would assume to be a small business shoe store. Uses a gear system on top of sign to rotate letters/ shoes on the inside. Including frame measures approx. 18 1/2 x 10 1/2. Feel free to ask any questions.
