Vintage Store Display

Very old Brunswick Balke Collender Company “Midget” childs pocket pool/billiard table or store advertising display with folding legs. Table stands 18 1/2″ high and measures 15″ by 24. Has nice Brunswick advertising stamped into the table edge, which are made of wood and have rubber bumper strips in them. The cardboard bottom of the table has faded Brunswick advertising printed on it that says “Brunswick Midget Table” and encourages you to see the complete line of tables for home use at your dealer’s store. The felt surface is complete with no tears but does have a lot of age wear along with several spots where the green color has faded. The wire leg supports have light surface rust and some light bending. The pockets and wooden folding legs are all in good condition. There are a few nail ends showing on the top of one of the wood table edges that look like they were added at some point (the longest one is pictured). This item has been referred to as a childs pool table, a store advertising display piece, and a salesman sample. Probably a childs pool table, certainly a neat old Brunswick Billiards item that displays great!
