Included are 45 bits, a patch and an extra bit sizer. Some may be original but doubtful. Quite a few are new HS bits. This case is in very good condition. The plexiglass sliders are scuffed but not cracked and they slide freely. Each compartment is removable from the back. The case and contents weigh 16 lbs. Thank you for looking.
