Rare, original circa 1930s-1950s metal store display for Red Seal Records. This will hold both 10″ and 12″ records, although likely designed for 78 rpm. The bottom has room for sealed sleeves and the top holds a loose record. There is also a slot where little clips would hold a small paper sign, under the record. The base that holds record sleeves is 12-3/8″ x 13″ x 3″ deep, so there is ample room for 12″ records or 78 albums. The top folds down and there are some scuffs from where the metal rubs (We have padding there now to protect it from further wear). There is some wear to the surface in the bottom of the tray and mostly on the back, which looks like it got wet. The underside is very clean. Overall, the condition is very good.
