Vtg 1970’s double-sided advertising sign turning Roger Hargreaves store display

19¼ inches wide and 40 inches in height. Large double sided turning sign. This has a slight S shape and I believe it was meant to turn in the wind. It makes the man smile! This is from the 70s but I don’t know what it is from? Looks a lot like Roger Hargreaves. Has Stout Sign Co St Louis MO. This is dirty, dusty, rusty, scratches dings and nicks all the way around on it. The bottom piece of the rotation Rod is broken off see the last pictur.
