It is metal with a plastic top which has a crack. 10 inches wide x 6 ¼ inches deep x 10.5 inches tall. Top has a handle. Item has wear, scuffs, scratches, dings, cracks in top, paint loss and surface rust in spots from age and use. Fresh from an upstate NY estate.
