There is hair missing on back of head where hat used to be. Eyes are murky/foggy in appearance. Eyes blink when doll moves. Scratches on face and hands, as pictured. Very little of the original snowballs in hands remain. Arms do not move like they should. They stay in one place at all times. Doll bends sideways/sways at the waist and turns head. Outfit is stained and tattered in spots, especially by the buttons in front and on the waist in back. One sock has a hole. Missing neck tie or bow, I believe. Base has chipping paint.
