Vtg Jewelry Store DISPLAY CASE / CABINET Oak Wood Glass Top 3′ x 2’+ Lighted

This beautiful wood display case is believed from mid-century or earlier. I believe this is Tiger oak and it appears quarter sawn to reveal gorgeous wood patterns in a light, chestnut stain. This looks like the type that displayed jewelry, though possibly other general or department store items. Some of the unique features. Case is very large: measures 6 feet long, 2 1/3 feet deep and over 3 1/2 feet tall. The top glass is thick and beveled on the edges, with a black outline. Inside, there is a glass shelf in the middle and wood bottom. Fitted with lights on top and bottom. Currently, only the lights on the bottom work. The back has sliding wood doors on top and bottom. This case would be perfect for a retail store or to display knick-knacks in a large living room, finished garage or man cave. The case is generally in great condition, though does naturally show some scratches and wear from years of use. The wood has some loose nails. The top glass does have significant surface scratches. You must arrange transportation and provide help moving this from my house. Dimensions: 72″ x 28″ x 43. Purchasers may cancel the sale if desired once seeing it in person.
