Plastic lid/cover/door has an expected amount of ware/scratches. It has a fully functioning lock, and the key is included. The key opens the top which allows you to pull the back panel upwards releasing the drawer at the bottom. 14″WIDE 16-1/2″ TALL 9 DEEP. Does NOT include any tools.
