We believe this was a counter top store display. It’s not something we are very familiar with although were have had many similar engine magnetos in the past. It is both hand cranked and can be belt driven. The cranking mechanism has a gear reduction which is shielded in a separate housing. Heavy metal base keeps it anchored down. This would be perfect for an engine show display or to use as a test bed. Approximate dimensions are 8″ by 7″ by 8 including the base.
