The upper section includes adjustable shelving behind double glass doors, framed by fluted pilasters and scrollwork carving. Below, a pair of curved glass tambour doors open to reveal horizontal racks-ideal for displaying jewelry trays or fine goods. Three glass-door cupboards complete the base, each fitted with adjustable interior shelving. Constructed from quarter-sawn oak with intricate hand-carved ornamentation, this piece reflects late Victorian to early Edwardian retail craftsmanship-designed to impress clientele while showcasing fine merchandise. Shows light general wear and minor finish variation consistent with age and commercial use. All doors and tambours operate smoothly.
