The opening where gum is taken out has some paint peeling and minor rust. Made for Wrigleys Gum. Cleaning out a few things Im never going to get to for restoration. ANTIQUE STORE DISPLAY CASE NATURAL TIP SHOE LACES 1920s VINTAGE SHOES COOL

“NATURAL TIP SHOE LACES” Store Display Case made by the Hutmacher Braiding Company from Patterson NJ. I estimate this is from the 1920s. Dubbed the “Silent Salesman” this unusual store display case was intended to store, display and increase the sales of “Natural Tip Shoe Laces”. This is a great Advertising piece. It could be cleaned up and restored and/or be used to display other items. I collect Old Marbles and envisioned using it to display them. Condition: The case has Surface rust, Peeling paint, Scratches, broken hinge on rear access door, Dents, the electrical cord has been cut and the light bulb removed. While this old case has some condition issues, it is structurally sound, very sturdy, the glass is all intact, many of the original graphics are present. It is still very functional and would be a terrific restoration project. I have never had or seen another one of these to compare it to so I do not know if all of the original parts and pieces are attached. RARE Antique 1920s Women Store Display Mermaid Mannequin. Made of a thick plaster. Has some damage that happened a long time ago where it must of fell and they glued parts of her face. Still has a excellent look and displays beautifully. The top of the back has some damage and some hairline cracking as seen in last few photos. Mannequin is still solid and can be hung. Super rare original authentic 1920s Schrader display cabinet dealer sign -metal/tin construction -opens up to store parts -15 tall -has really neat old tire accessory advertising all around the cabinet -included is the original 1926 cabinet sales accessory Schrader paperwork – this is old, used and has wear from storage but extremely nice for the age -almost 100 years of automobile history here -color is bright and vivid -very hard to find survivor!! I can almost see this sitting on a old gas/auto parts store counter back in the day -no reserve. Original, one of a kind, hand painted gas price sign. Sign was hand painted on an older single sided sign for Quaker State. You can make out the Quaker State letters under the paint on parts of the sign. Original sign maker stamp on the back, 10 -29. Shows age, wear, use, chipped / missing paint, bends, creases, bent corners, dust, etc as shown. Sign is mounted on cheap 2×2 wood. Approximately 72″ tall by 12″ wide. For your consideration is this somewhat rare vintage 1920’s Pike Sharpening Stones wooden country store display box. Made in the USA by the Pike Mfg Co of Pike, New Hampshire. The box has one drawer. There are “Pick-a-Pike” decals on the outside and inside of the top cover. This all original box is in very good condition. The brass knob on the drawer is loose but secure. There is a crack in the wood on the bottom of the box from age. The display box measures 12 1/2″ in width, 12″ in depth and about 5 in height.
