Vintage Boye Rotary Case for Sewing Machine Supplies patented in the early 1900s. Includes one original shuttle with 3 needles and 3 clip on price tags. The top of the case features a list of sewing machines around the edge with numbers, and illustrations of several types of needles. Turning the arrow to the appropriate number for your machine rotates the tray inside to the correct needles which are accessible under the shutter door. This display case is in good condition with great graphics and colors with wear from use. There are some dents, scratches, discoloration and other wear as shown in the pictures. The inside tray rotates freely. Measures approximately 16″ diameter x 3 1/2″ tall. A Boye instruction manual described how this unique dispenser works: To illustrate: If your customer wants a needle for the Climax machine, opposite the machine name, in the column headed’Needles,’ is a No. 4 printed in blue.
