Nice vintage advertising store display banner. THE MARTIN GUITAR COMPANY NAZARETH, PA EST 1833. Satin banner hemmed at the top and bottom. Has been in storage so is somewhat dirty and has a few spots and stains; the spots might come out, will leave any cleaning to the new owner. Has a few very small snags (have not unraveled or pulled and more apparent from the back) and a couple of creases. One very small spot on the right edge where it has started fraying (only one or two threads and is about 1/2 long). The stitching is all intact. Colors are not faded, the ivory color might have darkened with age. The cap on one end of the hanging rod is not attached to the dowel. Hangs fine as is, but could be re-glued if you prefer. Measures 18 1/4″ wide and the rod is 22 3/4″ across at the top, banner is 28 1/2″ long not including the fringe, 30 1/2″ overall with fringe. This item is a used vintage/antique piece.
