Zelda Majora's Mask Nintendo 64 N64 Counter Mat Sign Promo Store Display VTG

I’m a long time Nintendo fan that began seriously collecting games as part of the first online wave of collectors in the late 90s / early 00s. I was a member of the Digitpress forum before moving to the Nintendoage forum in the late 00s. This leads to my biggest find of all time that I’m finally going public with. After chatting with this person, I found out that his company designed most of Nintendo’s store displays from the 80s to the early 00s, and that they had retained samples of most of their displays. Unfortunately, I’ve decided its time to sell the last of the items; most of the stuff you see listed are not duplicates and are the cream of the crop that I never wanted to sell. Please do not contact me about any items I don’t have listed, I don’t have time to negotiate. This is a plastic sign that was stuck to the top of the check out counter at game stores to protect it and advertise the game. Customers would place their check out items on top of it and sign their receipts on top of it, so it’s very rare for them to survive in good condition. The back side is adhesive, but luckily the backing was never peeled off this display. The sign has some scuff marks that you can see under bright lights, see all photos. Here’s a vintage Paramount promo store display of Friday the 13th with Baker & Taylor Video on the base. There’s some damage to the inner red films backing from the light rubbing against it. The flat head screw holding the bulb bracket to the post doesn’t hold tight and moves when the cable is touched. Please check the pictures to see exactly what you’ll receive. This item was acquired directly from a former employee of the company. It has never been offered for sale before and is being offered here for the first time. Included is an original vintage store display. This would have been intended to promote the introduction of the Mario Tennis game in 2000. The item displays perfectly but has slight storage wear on one of the corners. The colors are bright with no fading at all.
